Vegetable Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or olive oil
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 large onion, diced
    1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 large green pepper, diced
    1 medium zucchini, sliced
    1 large tomato, diced
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    Melt butter or heat oil with garlic.
    Simmer for 1 minute.
    Add next 7 ingredients.
    Toss to coat with oil.
    Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring often.
    Uncover and simmer until tender.
    Add tomato sauce and stir well.
    Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve over hot pasta.
