Rice Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1/2 c. celery
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 c. water
    1 1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice
    5 tsp. chicken bouillon
    1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. chopped red pepper
    1/2 c. fresh green peas
    1/2 c. shredded carrots
Preparation
    In large saucepan, cook mushrooms, onions and celery in margarine.
    Add water, rice, bouillon and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer 25 minutes.
    Add cheese, pepper, peas and carrots.
    Cook 5 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
