Tandori Chicken(Foreign Flavor, Healthy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) c. plain yogurt
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. ground ginger and coriander
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 lb. chicken pieces, skinned
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except chicken.
    Skin chicken, rinse and pat dry.
    Place chicken in a leakproof plastic bag (or a bowl) and add marinade to cover chicken pieces.
    Marinate for 3 to 4 hours or preferably overnight.
    Shake off marinade and grill or bake for 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serve with rice.
    Makes 4 servings.
