Stir-Fried Pineapple Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. boned, diced chicken breast
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
4 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
2 Tbsp. chicken broth
1 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
1/2 c. Chinese plum sauce
Preparation

Heat oil in preheated wok and stir-fry chicken and green pepper.
When chicken turns white, add rest of ingredients and stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes.
Serve over rice.
Serves 4.
