Cranberry Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. red Jell-O or 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
4 c. (1 lb.) fresh cranberries
2 c. sugar
1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
1 orange
1 apple, cored
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
Add cold water.
Let chill until slightly thickened.
Put cranberries through food chopper. Stir in sugar and pineapple.
Remove seeds and half of rind from orange.
Put remaining rind and orange through chopper with apple. Stir into cranberry mixture and fold into Jell-O.
Pour into mold or container and chill until firm.
Serve on lettuce.
Can be cut into fancy little shapes, if desired.
