Bean Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can refried beans
    1/3 c. diced onion
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    dash of garlic powder
    Velveeta cheese
    parsley flakes
    paprika
    1 Tbsp. Trappey's sliced jalapeno, chopped fine
    shredded Colby and Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Combine beans, onion, water, vinegar, garlic powder and jalapeno in saucepan.
    Heat over low heat.
    Pour hot mixture into dish until it's about 1 to 1 1/2 inches deep.
    Cover with Velveeta slices, then sprinkle with Colby and Jack cheese.
    Garnish with parsley and paprika.
    Heat in oven or microwave until cheese melts.
