Jalapeno Squash Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 jalapeno peppers
    8 c. squash
    4 c. onions
    4 medium bell peppers
    1 medium pepper
    2 Tbsp. salt
    3 c. sugar
    2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Combine processed squash and onions.
    Sprinkle salt and set for 1 hour; stir often.
    Drain.
    In large pot combine sugar, vinegar, processed peppers and spices.
    Bring to rolling boil. Add squash and onions and boil for 5 minutes.
    Put in jars and seal. Put in water bath 1 inch above jars.
    Bring to boil and boil 10 minutes.
