Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. oil
2 large eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
3 c. sliced apples
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Beat oil, sugar and eggs.
Sift dry ingredients together. Combine eggs, oil and sugar with apples.
Add dry ingredients and pecans.
Add vanilla.
Bake 1 1/2 hours, checking after 1 hour. Cook at 350\u00b0 in greased and floured Bundt pan.
