Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    1/8 c. margarine
    1/4 c. milk
    4 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 egg
    1/8 c. onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes with margarine and milk.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Good for do-it-ahead meals.
