Heidi'S Original Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. shredded carrots
    2 c. flaked coconut
    8 oz. crushed pineapple
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Pour batter into 3 (8-inch) round cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
