Vegetable Soup With Polish Sausage - cooking recipe

1 lb. Polish sausage, cut in 1/2 inch slices
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 c. water
2 tsp. bouillon
2 tsp. sugar
1 c. sliced carrots
1 c. thinly sliced onions
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. zucchini
1/4 c. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation

Cook sausage in 1 tablespoon oil; drain fat. Put tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, bouillon and sugar in pan; bring to boil. Add carrots, celery, zucchini, onions and spices. Add sausage and cook until vegetables are done.
