Parslied New Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small (2 oz.) new potatoes, washed
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Pierce each potato with a fork once.
    Combine the potatoes and water in a 1-quart casserole.
    Cover tightly and cook on High for 4 to
    8 minutes, or until fork-tender.
    Let stand, covered, until serving time.
    Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
