Coconut Cake(Happy Day Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour, sifted
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. Crisco
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. milk

Preparation

Beat first 6 ingredients for 2 minutes; then add remaining ingredients and beat 1 minute.
Pour into 3 cake pans, greased. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until done.
Let cake cool.
