Crescent Roll Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. crescent rolls (10 each)
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. chopped nuts (pecans preferred)
powdered sugar
Preparation

Press 1 package crescent roll dough over the bottom of an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix the cream cheese, egg yolk, vanilla, sugar and lemon juice.
Pour the mixture over dough. Press the second can of rolls over the filling (gently).
Beat egg white and spread over all.
Sprinkle with pecans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
