Greek Meatballs(Youvarlakia) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1 c. rice
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. dried dill
    1 egg
    flour
    2 c. tomato juice
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Mix together and form into small meatballs the ground meat, rice, chopped onion, parsley, dried dill and egg.
    Roll in flour.
