Sausage And Lima Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage (bulk)
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. ripe olives, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 pkg. frozen lima beans
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a frypan brown sausage 2 to 3 minutes in water.
    Add onion and
    green\tpepper.
    Stir
    and cook 3 minutes.
    Pour off drippings.\tBlend
    in flour.
    Add olives, tomatoes, lima beans and salt.
    Stir.
    Put
    mixture in a 2 quart greased casserole. Cover and
    bake
    20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove cover and bake 20 minutes longer.
    Serves 4 to 5.
