Ground Sausage With Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage/sage
    1 tsp. garlic
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 can peas, drained
Preparation
    Brown sausage.
    Add garlic and onion.
    Add salt, pepper, soy sauce and vinegar.
    Stir and heat.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Add green pepper and peas.
    Add 1 cup water (more water, if too thick). Simmer until peppers are tender.
    Serve over rice.
    Just add sage to regular ground pork.
