Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 - 14 oz. can salmon, drained, deboned and skinned
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 c. chopped nuts or 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.
    Chill until firm.
    Roll in ball.
    Roll in nuts or chopped parsley.
    Serve with crackers.
