Pork Chop Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. uncooked noodles
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    6 pork rib chops (cut 1/2-inch thick)
    1 beef bouillon cube
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook noodles in boiling, salted water just until tender. Drain.
    Drain tomatoes, reserving 3/4 cup juice.
    Quarter tomatoes. Stir into noodles along with 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    Place noodles in an 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.
    Trim fat from chops.
    In skillet, cook trimmings until 2 tablespoons fat accumulates.
    Discard trimmings.
    Brown the chops in hot fat. Arrange chops over noodles.
    Sprinkle with onion.
