Artichoke And Spinach Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can artichokes (not the marinated type)
1 pkg. frozen spinach
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) cream cheese
6 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. mayo
1/3 c. Romano or Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation

Arrange artichokes on bottom of an 8 x 8-inch pan.
Cover with thawed, well drained spinach.
Cream together the cream cheese, milk and mayo.
Spread over spinach.
Sprinkle dry cheese on top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes until hot and cheese starts to lightly brown.
