Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium potatoes
8 slices bacon
1/2 c. chopped onions
4 tsp. sugar
4 tsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper sauce (optional)
2/3 c. wine vinegar
2/3 c. beef broth
Preparation

Cook potatoes.
Cool, peel and slice thin.
Cook chopped bacon and drain on toweling.
Pour off half fat in pan.
Cook onion in remaining fat until transparent.
