Baked Crabmeat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetable oil spray
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 lb. crabmeat
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 large egg whites, beaten
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Spray a 9 x 9-inch casserole dish.
    Saute onion in margarine. Combine ingredients and fold in egg whites.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 until puffed and light brown.
