Black Bottom Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. cold water
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In small bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa and soda.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Beat until well blended. prepare cream cheese topping.
    Pour chocolate batter into paper-lined muffin cups, filling 1/3 full.
    Top each with a tablespoon of cream cheese topping.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes until top springs back when lightly touched in center.
    Cool on rack.
