Hot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. jalapeno peppers
    8 medium onions
    8 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 qt. ripe tomatoes
    2 cloves garlic
    2 1/2 c. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except for the vinegar and tomato sauce. Put it through a food chopper.
    Add vinegar and tomato sauce. Simmer for 2 1/2 hours.
    Cold pack or pressure.
    Pressure for pints for 10 minutes at 5 pounds.
