Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 c. oatmeal

Preparation

Cream shortening and sugars.
Mix in eggs and vanilla.
Stir flour, salt and soda.
Fold into creamed mixture, then add oatmeal.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
