Cabbage Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned
    1/3 c. flour
    1 1/2 qt. tomatoes
    1 qt. water
    3/4 head cabbage, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper
    1 can kidney beans
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. marjoram
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. hot sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 1 hour.
