Charcoal Smoked Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 to 15 lb.) turkey
    1 c. vinegar
    3 c. water
    1/3 c. salt
Preparation
    Mix vinegar, water and salt.
    Brush turkey well.
    Place turkey on hot grill.
    Turn and baste every 30 minutes.
    Grill for 2 hours.
    Remove and wrap in foil.
    Place in oven.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 to 3 hours.
