Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. shredded carrots
2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix dry ingredients.
Blend in egg. Mix pineapple and pecans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
