Delightful Kielbasa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb kielbasa
    16 oz sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
    2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    2 apples, peeled, cooked and chopped
    1/3-1/2 c water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Slice the kielbasa into 1/2 inch slices.
    Brown in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Put potatoes in bowl and microwave on high for 5 minutes.
    Add potatoes, sauerkraut, apples, water, salt and pepper to skillet. Mix well. Bring to a boil.
    Lower to medium heat. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until apples and potatoes are tender.
    Stir occasionally.
    Add some Hungarian paprika before serving.
