Barbecued Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. beef brisket
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    6 to 8 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
    1 tsp. onion salt
    2 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
Preparation
    Mix all together, except barbecue sauce.
    Cover both sides of meat with mixture.
    Wrap in foil and place in baking pan.
    Let set in refrigerator overnight.
    Bake 5 hours in 300\u00b0 oven. Sometimes I put it in to cook at bedtime and cook it for 12 to 14 hours at 200\u00b0.
    Uncover top of meat for the last 30 minutes and add the barbecue sauce at this time.
