Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
few grains of pepper
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 egg
3/4 c. light cream
1/4 c. vinegar
pinch of paprika
4 c. shredded cabbage
Preparation

Combine sugar, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Beat egg; add melted butter and cream. Mix well. Add vinegar very slowly while cooking over hot water, stirring all the while until mixture thickens. Chill. Toss dressing with shredded cabbage. Sprinkle with the paprika.
