Saffron Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 c. warm milk
    3/4 c. butter, melted
    2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped citron
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    4 c. sifted flour
    pinch of saffron *
Preparation
    *Let saffron stand in water 1 hour before making the buns.
