Easy Cincinnati Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
2 14 1/2 oz. cans Mexican style stewed tomatoes, undrained
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 lb. box spaghetti noodles and/or hotdogs
grated Cheddar cheese (optional)
chopped onion (optional)
chili/kidney beans (optional)
Tabasco Sauce (optional)
Preparation

Brown beef with onions and garlic.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, chili powder, cocoa, cinnamon and allspice.
Simmer while cooking spaghetti or preparing hotdogs.
Cincinnati chili is served with spaghetti or on hotdogs to make it \"Two Way.\"
Add cheddar cheese on top and you have \"Three Way.\"
With chopped onions you have \"Four Way\" and with beans you have \"Five Way.\" Season with Tabasco to your liking.
