Cherry Cheese Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
2/3 c. margarine, melted
2 (8 oz.) Philly cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
2 tsp. almond extract
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. heavy cream
2 (1 lb.) cans cherry pie filling
Preparation

Combine margarine and crumbs.
Press into a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch jelly roll pan.
Combine softened cream cheese, 1 cup confectioners sugar, milk and 1 teaspoon almond extract; mix well. Spread on graham crust.
Sprinkle with nuts.
