Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    2 sliced onions
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    1 small can mushrooms
Preparation
    Put everything in one baking dish with cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 4 hours.
    Be sure to stir periodically to be sure the meat isn't drying out.
    Serve with boiled potatoes, mashed potatoes, noodles and rice.
    Bake only in oven, not crock-pot.
