Rye Canape Boat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. dried or corned beef, chopped
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. parsley or parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. chives or green onion tops
    1 tsp. dill seed or dill weed
    2 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 loaf rye bread, unsliced
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except bread.
    Slice loaf of bread in half, lengthwise and scoop out inside, which can be cut into bite-size pieces for dipping.
    Put filling into loaf half just before serving.
