Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    8 oz. crushed Ritz crackers
    2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
    2 sticks oleo, melted
Preparation
    Mix crackers, seeds and oleo (save about half for the top). Cover bottom of 9 x 13 pan.
    Combine chicken, soup and sour cream; put over crackers.\tTop with extra cracker mix and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
