Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. nuts, chopped
    3/4 c. coconut
    3 c. carrots, grated
Preparation
    Cream sugar, oil and eggs together.
    Mix in separate bowl the flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon.
    Mix dry ingredients into sugar, oil and eggs mix, a small amount at a time until all mixed. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in a Bundt pan or flat pan or layer pan.
    Ice with cream cheese frosting.
