Un-Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 c. zucchini
    1 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. instant tapioca
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Peel and deseed zucchini.
    Slice like you would an apple. Cover zucchini with water and boil 2 minutes.
    Drain and set aside to cool.
    Mix all other ingredients together and stir gently through zucchini.
    Pour into 9-inch pie shell and cover with top crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until brown.
