Crunchy Fudge Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
4 c. Rice Krispies
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. oleo
1 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter over low heat until melted.
Remove from heat.
Stir in cereal. Mix and press half of mixture into buttered 8 x 8-inch pan.
Chill in refrigerator. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients and stir in double boiler until chocolate melts.
Spread over chilled cereal.
Spread remaining cereal over top.
Press gently.
Chill 10 minutes. Cut into squares.
