Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. Ranch dressing
    4 carrots, shredded
    1/2 c. broccoli, chopped
    1/2 c. cauliflower, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    radishes, chopped
    fresh mushrooms, chopped
Preparation
    Spread crescent rolls on cookie sheet and bake 15 minutes. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and Ranch dressing.
    Spread on baked crust.
    Add chopped veggies.
