Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 1/4 c. milk (can be skim milk)
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Leftover pancakes, no topping, can be folded and cut into very thin, noodle-like slices.
Serve as pancake soup (Pfannkuchen Suppe) by pouring any hot broth over pancake noodles.
