No Sugar Shoney Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 pkg. sugar-free strawberry Jell-O
    3 pkg. Equal sugar substitute
    3 pkg. Sweet 'N Low sugar substitute
    2 to 3 c. fresh strawberries
    1 baked deep dish pie crust
    1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip (lite)
Preparation
    Combine cold water and cornstarch in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil; let cook, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened and clear.
    Remove from heat; immediately add Jell-O.
    Mix well.
    Let cool slightly, then add sugar substitutes.
    Place the fresh strawberries into a baked pie shell (use a deep dish pie shell). After liquid has cooled to warm, pour over strawberries in pie shell.
    Refrigerate.
    When pie has set firmly, top with Cool Whip.
