Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 oz. red food coloring
1 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter together and add eggs.
Make a paste of cocoa and food coloring and add to the first mixture.
Beat in part of the flour, milk and salt.
Add the remaining flour and remaining ingredients, putting the soda and vinegar in last.
Bake in layers at 350\u00b0 until tested done.
