Creamed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. cream
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Wash and clean mushrooms; cut into slices.
    Melt butter and cook mushrooms in butter for 3 minutes.
    Sprinkle with flour and stir well.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Add cream and cook another 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Serves 4 people.
