Peppi Pesto Pizzas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. refrigerator flaky biscuits
    30 slices Hormel pepperoni
    1/3 c. pesto sauce or chopped fresh basil
    1 c. shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Separate each biscuit into 3 thin layers. Place layers 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
    Dice Hormel pepperoni into bits, crosswise.
    Press scant teaspoon (1 slice) of bits into each biscuit.
    Spread with 1/2 teaspoon pesto sauce.
    Top with 1/2 tablespoon cheese.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
    Serve hot.
