Ingredients

2 egg whites, room temperature
2/3 c. sugar
pinch of salt
1 c. chocolate bits (miniature)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Heat oven, before starting to mix ingredients, to 350\u00b0. Beat egg whites until
foamy.
Gradually
add
sugar
and beat until stiff.
Add salt
and
vanilla;
mix well.\tFold in nuts and chocolate bits.
Turn
off\toven.
Drop
cookie mixture by teaspoonful onto greased
cookie sheet.
Leave cookies in oven overnight.\t(Do not open door.)
