Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak
    1 pkg. onion mushroom soup mix
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    oil
Preparation
    Cut round steak into bite size pieces.
    Put in heavy skillet with oil.
    Brown meat.
    Add soup mix and water.
    Cover.
    Cook over low heat several hours until meat is tender.
    Check for enough water periodically.
    Just before serving, add sour cream.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
