Family Favorite Chicken And Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chicken stuffing mix
    1/2 c. chopped carrots
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
    6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (1 1/2 lb.)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Put chicken pieces in bottom of a 2 or 3-quart shallow baking dish.
    Mix mushroom soup with 1/2 cup milk and pour over chicken. Set aside.
    Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions but adding carrots, onion and celery with seasoning packet.
    Pour stuffing over chicken mixture.
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer, until chicken is fork-tender.
    May not take that long.
    (Chicken breasts can be sliced or cut into small chunks before cooking.)
