Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can peas, drained
1 can string beans, drained
1 small onion, diced
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
4 stalks celery, cut bite size
Preparation

Put peas and string beans in large strainer; add cut up onion and celery.
Mix sugar, vinegar, oil and salt together.
Stir until sugar and salt are melted.
Add to pea mixture and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
